I was a little dubious about success when I started, having done several fitness programs in the past, but I took a leap of faith and trusted what Zoe and Sophie told me. 6 months on I’m setting my alarm at a weekend to get my strength training done. Total mindset shift, which I’ve never achieved before and it’s all thanks to their support, encouragement and guidance. I had an end goal, a ski holiday, that I wanted to get fit for. I’ve never been able to stick with a program in the past so I knew a difference approach would be needed. I needed a support system. I trusted you because you listened to me and worked with me to design a plan that is totally flexible and worked for me.

    My only regret is that I didn’t find you sooner. I’m 1 year and 225 workouts in. It’s made me feel and look magnificent and confident whilst going through some major milestones in my life. I’ve turned 50, got married fir the first time and now I’m about to go on honeymoon. I feel emotional just writing this as I actually feel and look amazing and I’m so proud of myself. I couldn’t have done it without the Zoe Rose team. I can’t thank you all enough. I didn’t think it was possible to lose weight during the menopause and I had convinced myself that was my issue. How wrong was I. I’ve lost 2.5 stone and lost more inches than I could ever have dreamed of. I’ve completed 225 workouts and walked over 3.5m steps. I’m strong and healthy and don’t even have to use my daily inhaler any more.

      Being coached by Zoe Rose Fitness has made me realise that I am not alone with struggles such as sleep, weight and making time for me in a busy life. I have learnt how to manage my sleep pattern, prioritise my fitness (most of the time) and the team are always there to help. As a result of working with Zoë Rose Fitness I have a better sleep pattern, I no long suffer from indigestion and I have plethora of exercises I can access and use.

        I wanted help with having workouts suitable for me. Was on the Facebook page for a while before I signed up. I liked the fact that they were honest and were coaching people where they were at rather than having workouts they can't achieve. Coaches Zoë and Sophie listened to what I needed and planned workouts accordingly.

          I joined ZoeRose Fitness in March, at the beginning of a new ‘life chapter’ (early retirement!) & signed for the 6 month programme. Having never embraced any aspect of fitness previously, I was interested to see what improvements could be made to my general wellbeing & whether I would stay the course! I have been totally amazed at how much I have thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of being part of the ZoeRose Movement, from daily workouts - which I found easily became a key focus of my morning, to the weekly Q&A sessions covering informative topics for improving health & wellbeing, also providing great advice on mindset & overall outlook on life which has been such great value too. The Technique School videos & stretch classes were especially helpful for me in learning to manage & keep in check an ongoing foot problem & as one of my main goals was to improve overall fitness & strength for distance walking I can’t thank Zoe & her team for working with me to achieve & make my feet feel so much better. Overall there is so much content available within all that the Zoe Fitness Programme offers, it truly is such a fantastic resource to be part of. Zoe is amazing - her ethics & personality fits so well with being a PT. She is empathetic gives freely of her time, has endless ideas to help you think outside the box & provides an incredible amount of support whether that be fitness related or life skill improving. I will be forever grateful for this opportunity to have had Zoe & her team nurture me into someone who now looks forward to making my body move, seeing the improvement reflected in my overall body shape, being physically stronger (mentally is a work in progress!) & far more mindful of what I eat & portion amounts.
