“My plan to get back to regular exercise was put on hold when I tweaked my back. A sports physio sorted me out but said that the problem would recur if I didn’t do something about it. This is where Zoë came in. She gave me an exercise plan tailored at strengthening not just my lower back muscles but also the major muscle groups that provide core stability and balance.

I am not a natural gym bunny and Zoë made sure that my plan was flexible enough to fit around my work and personal commitments.  She has encouraged me throughout, providing additional guidance and motivation when required. She even changed my program to prevent me from getting bored and giving up. Long story short I’m still doing the exercises and have had no more back pain, thanks to Zoë.”
