Work Place Wellness

Studies have proven that healthy employees are more productive, have less sick days and are happier at work. Providing employees with coaching and fitness classes can give them a great opportunity to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. 

I offer work place fitness and mobility classes. These can take place either before or after work or during a lunch break. 

I can also offer a talk where I focus on keeping fit, managing stress levels and how to include more movement in your day. This can also include coaching small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis to help them improve their mental and physical wellbeing through exercise.
