3 ways to get more energy quickly! Struggling wi 3 ways to get more energy quickly!

Struggling with energy levels? I’d say the majority of us are at the moment.

Here are some quick and easy ways that you can get some more energy!

1 - Have a sleep routine!

I don’t mean just get into bed for 7-9 hours, I mean have a proper routine. A wind down process at night to ensure you get optimal sleep and a morning routine to set yourself up for success.

2 - Stay hydrated!!

This one is underrated! Honestly it can make a huge difference to your energy and mood if you have enough water. You don’t realise how dehydrated you were before you became hydrated!

3 - Move more

This does not need to be a workout. This can be as simple as a gentle walk after lunch/dinner. Doing some household chores and simply having a wiggle. Sitting down for long periods of time sends us to sleep. Wake yourself up by having a dance!

Which one of these do you struggle with the most? Let me know in the comments below.
I'm going to ask a difficult question. Do you no I'm going to ask a difficult question.

Do you not HAVE the time to exercise?
Or
Do you not MAKE the time to exercise?

With any difficult question like this the answer will probably make you annoyed.

However, it is so important that you realise which one of these is accurate for you at the moment as there are very different strategies needed for each one.

I'd love to give everyone more time in the day. That just isn't possible.

Giving you this time may not actually help you move forwards at all if you're not making the time.

There is always going to be something else that feels more important. Work, cleaning or rest.

The frustrating thing about exercise is that although you feel good once you've done it (you should do anyway!) you won't see the results straight away.

This is why most people quit.

We are a generation that likes instant results! We want to see our hard work pay off instantly.

This is why these extreme shakes/juice diets continue to be sold (please avoid these at all costs).

The first thing you want to do if you need to make time to exercise is to change your mindset.

Play the long game. It's not a sexy sell, you won't feel different overnight, it won't be easy... however long term sustainable healthy change WILL change your life.

So ask yourself if you need help having the time or making the time.

Then the real work can start and you can create an exercise routine that you love.

Do you have your answer but not sure what to do next?

Drop me a DM with the word TIME and I'll run you through what you need to do to get to your goals for free.
