Hydration – Do you drink enough water?

The average Brit drinks less than one glass of water a day. That’s quite a scary statistic! Staying hydrated throughout the day is important. It has many benefits that will help you with your fitness and wellness goals, as well as your mood.

If I told you I had something that would make you fitter, smarter, have more energy and look more attractive, you would be asking me where to sign! Well, there is something that will do this and it’s free. It’s called sleep.

We all know sleep is kind of important – but how many times have we not prioritised sleep and done something else that seemed more important instead?

Stretching and Foam rolling

Stretching is something that everyone should be doing in some form, no matter what their age, physical activity or fitness level. As we get older, our joints become less flexible over time. To see this, all you need to do is have a look at children and watch how they move, squat and stretch so effortlessly whilst moving. Unless we do something to help maintain this flexibility, we are going to lose it over time.
