This can be incredibly frustrating. Maybe you’ve asked your partner, family or friends to help keep you accountable. It may have worked for a few days but…. after a week or so either they’ve forgotten or let you off.

One of the biggest game changers is having someone who is 100% there for your successes to keep you accountable.

This means that they will show up for you even when you don’t want to, giving you that push to look after yourself.

It’s not easy on your own. Set yourself up for success and get some real support.

But what I want you to know is that is NOT because you’re not good enough, lazy or a failure.

It’s because what you tried just wasn’t suited to you at that time. It’s wasn’t something that was maintainable or worked for you in that moment.

You can achieve anything you want to. You just need the right approach and a roadmap that will work completely for YOU.
